A small card on the bedside table. Your hotel's name on it, and ours. No product picture. A QR code.
A premium intimate device, ordered from the room, delivered to the door in an unmarked bag, charged to the folio. Your hotel keeps half the price before VAT — £47.08 on a £113 sale. We hold the stock, take the returns and send one invoice a month.
The huxi hotel model runs on consignment. There is no upfront payment, and for our partner hotels there is nothing to buy.
A small card on the bedside table. Your hotel's name on it, and ours. No product picture. A QR code.
The code opens a menu page carrying your hotel's name. Four devices, described plainly, at the same price they sell for on huxi.global. Nothing a guest could find cheaper on their phone.
The guest picks, enters a room number, and ticks one box: add this to my room. No card details. Nothing typed that anyone would mind being seen.
An email lands with whoever you choose — reception, room service, the duty manager. Someone takes the device from the cupboard, puts it in the cloth bag we supply, leaves it at the door, knocks, says “room service”, and goes.
One line on the folio. It reads in-room amenity. The guest decides who else ever knows.
We see every sale the moment it happens, because the menu is ours. At month end we invoice you for what sold, at half the menu price. Everything else in the cupboard is still ours.
The guest keeps the same guarantee as any huxi customer: sixty days, opened, used, any reason, cash back to them from us. It is huxi's guarantee, given direct to the guest, and it sits alongside whatever the hotel already owes them as the seller. If one ever comes back, it comes off your next invoice. Reception's part is to point the guest at us.
We send the kit. You pay for nothing up front. The menu runs at huxi prices. You keep half the ex-VAT price of every sale. We invoice monthly for what sold. Stock stays ours until it's a guest's. A short monthly count against our sales log; anything missing is invoiced at the same price as anything sold.
Buy at trade — half the retail price, ex VAT, six of each line. Price the menu however you like. The stock is yours, the margin is yours, and the guarantee becomes a hotel matter rather than ours.
Twelve devices, three of each. The four we'd put in a hotel room first: quiet, small, and finished like something that belongs on a good bedside table.
Plus twelve unmarked linen drawstring bags — one per device, bedside cards printed with your hotel's name and logo, and your own menu page, built by us in a day.
huxi replenishes the kit automatically each month. Nothing for your staff to do.
A guest orders Kur's Egg. The folio shows £113. Of that, £94.17 is the price before VAT; you keep £47.08 of it and pay us £47.08 at month end. Twelve rooms, two sales a week, and the cupboard has earned more than the minibar by Friday.
