I was recently given the privilege to sample Huxi's 'Sucking Sweet', I used it two nights in a row so I think that speaks for itself! Loved the hands free/ remote control. Loved exploring the different modes; definitely a variation of vibrations/pluses that I haven't felt from any other toy. I would have preferred if the external and internal parts of the toy had individual vibrations/pulses. Overall, an amazing experience and I look forward to playing with other Huxi products!

Good questions

How is my order sent?

Every order comes with free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Need it sooner? Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for an additional charge. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@huxi.global with your order number. We'll chase it with Royal Mail and, if it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Does the guarantee replace my rights?

No. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel any order for any reason. These rights run concurrently with our 60-day return window. Whichever is more favourable to you applies.

Can I swap it instead of a refund?

If you'd rather exchange, email us and we'll find you something else that might work.
