Most brands in this category have a guarantee that gives you something other than your money back. A voucher. An exchange. A replacement you didn’t ask for. We don’t.

What the guarantee actually says

If a huxi product doesn’t deliver an orgasm for you — or doesn’t work for you in any way — within 60 days of purchase, we’ll refund what you paid. To the card you bought it on. Not store credit. Not a voucher. Money back, in cash.

How the refund actually happens

Email info@huxi.global with your order number. We email you a free prepaid returns label. Attach it to a plain posting pack — no branding, no indication of contents — and drop it at any Post Office.

Once the product arrives back, we process the refund within 5 working days. If you’d rather exchange, email us and we’ll find you something else that might work.

We don’t ask why it didn’t work. We don’t ask for forms or photographs. We don’t put you on a phone call.

Your rights — and what happens if we get this wrong

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If we ever fail to honour it, tell us. We’ll publish the case and the outcome.

What we do instead

We send products to people who’ve signed up to huxi. We ask for their honest review. We publish what comes back. Good or bad.

If a product didn’t work for someone, that review sits on the page next to the ones that did. First names are real. Reviews are unedited. The people are real people we can verify — every published review carries a verified-by-huxi badge with the date the product was sent.

You can join the list yourself. Ask to be a reviewer. Try a product. Write what you actually think. We’ll publish it whether you loved it, were lukewarm, or wanted your money back.

If you ever read a review on a huxi page that turns out to have been written by anyone other than a real person we sent the product to, tell us. We’ll publish that too — and pull the review.
