Do I need to return the product?
Yes — we do ask for the product back. Here's how we make it as easy as possible:
Email us at info@huxi.global with your order number and we'll send you a free prepaid returns label as well as the returns address.
The attach the prepaid return label to a plain posting bag, pop the product in and drop it off at the Post Office — no branding, no indication of contents.
Once we receive it, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

What counts as a valid claim?
Your order number and the returned product. We don't ask why it didn't work for you.
